020: The Power Of Words And How Important It Is What You Say To Yourself

Words have power

On today’s episode I want to talk about The Power

of Words and how they can effect you.

How many of you consider yourself a Positve person? You usually have Positive
thoughts and self-talk?

Words have Power!

What you say to yourself trully is important and matters.

Have you ever heard of the the experiments that Dr. Masaru Emoto performed
with water in the 90’s?

He experimented with prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure
of water. Emoto hired photographers to take pictures of water after being exposed
to the different variables and subsequently frozen so that they would form
crystalline structures.

Our bodies are made up of 60% – 65% water. Our Brains 75%.

Can you see now why it is oh so important that you speak positive, loving,
powerful words and to not talk negative.

I have an experiment that I want you to try. Just do this for the next 48 hours.
I want you to be aware of your thoughts. Whenever you have a negative thought I
want you to write it down.

Socrates said that “An unexamined life is not worth living.”

I think you will be shocked at what you say to yourself throughout the day.

Now I want you to continue to be conscious each and everyday of what you say
to yourself, but now when you catch yourself saying something negative, I want
you to say “That’s not true” and then rephrase what you said in a positive

Do not discount this activity because of it’s simplicity. This flat out works,
but only if you continue to do it.

I wish you a brilliant life!
